3 Story Home on Semi-Private Lagoon with Dockage and Hot Tub

Minimum Rental: 1 Month You'll love watching the fabulous sunsets over the tranquil waters in this semi-private lagoon setting. This is a three story single family home and offers two balconies overlooking the water and dock area. There's room to dock a 30' boat and a fish cleaning station conveniently located right there on the dock. From the concrete seawall use the convenient step down to get into one of the kayaks provided by the owners for your enjoyment. Also at the water's edge is a fabulous hot tub for your added pleasure. Take a relaxing soak in the hot tub as you contemplate your day's adventures. Opportunities for enjoying this wonderful home, the climate and saltwater activities are endless. Cook your dinner or "catch of the day" on the gas grill on the balcony and then dine as you watch the sun set in the western sky. The 3rd floor balcony offers panoramic views of the emerald colored waters.

This wonderful home with its soaring ceilings and extraordinary wood interior is a home that will make you smile the moment you enter. It offers a warm and friendly environment. There's a great room, a large open area for entertaining your friends or just relaxing on one of the overstuffed sofas. The conveniently arranged galley kitchen is open to the living area so that the cooks and cleanup crew are never left out of the conversation. The master suite with ensuite bath, guest bedroom, hall bath, dining area and laundry room are also located on this 2nd floor. Upstairs on the 3rd floor there's a large bedroom suite with sleeping accommodations for 4, ensuite bath and access to the 3rd floor balcony. The 4th bedroom is located on the ground level and will accommodate 2 more guests.

Rate Details: Rent is $5500 to $7200/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Additional Charges: $275 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; $69 accidental rental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1000. Utility Caps/Mo: $100 water and $250 electricity. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through Travel Guard.
