Minimum Rental: 7 Nights Calling all fishermen and divers... Whether you plan to fish or dive on your next visit to the Keys, you will find these exceptional accommodations first class and affordable. World famous dive sites are minutes away and phenomenal fishing is at your door step. Bring your boat and your fishing poles - the boat slip is included. Arrangements can be made to store your boat trailer next door at The Caribbean Club. After a day in the sun or under the water, relax in the pool or stroll through the lush tropical gardens and winding paths of this wonderful condo complex. Take a day off and enjoy a quick game of tennis or visit one of our local attractions. Bring your "catch" to one of the local fish restaurants and have the chef prepare it your way. This unit has been gutted and rebuilt from the walls out with luxury and convenience in mind. Wood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, stack washer and dryer, 3 flat screen TVs and even a Blu-Ray Disc player. All brand new furnishings await your arrival. If you must stay in touch with the world, bring your computer because wireless internet is here and waiting. The superior location of this property provides easy access to as much as or little activity as you desire. Bedding is King and Queen.

Rate Details: Rent is $895 to $1050/week or $2100 to $3200/month depending on season. Additional Charges: $175 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; $45 accidental rental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Utility Caps: $200 for electricity (Applies only to monthly rentals). Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through Travel Guard.
