Minimum Rental: 1 Month This exceptional condo has been impeccably maintained and is located in one of the finest condo complexes in Islamorada. It features an updated kitchen, remodeled baths and is comfortably furnished. This unit is ready for your arrival. Be sure to look at the Visual Tour to see just how inviting this unit truly is. The owners frequently spend time at this condo and are always updating or adding something to enhance its appeal. This unit is in a gated ocean front condo complex with swimming pool, hot tub, separate men’s and women’s exercise rooms, and an updated community room. Bedding is king and a king which can be made into two twin beds.

Rate Details: Rent is $2000 to $3500/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Additional Charges: $175 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; $45 accidental rental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Utility Caps/Mo: $150 for electricity. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through Travel Guard.
