This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Capitola is quite a gem. Located directly above Capitola Village, it is within walking distance to the beach, shopping and delicious cuisine. This updated home features a downstairs living room with separate dining room which leads to a large back patio/garden area. This is a fabulous recreational area with Jacuzzi tub, BBQ and plenty of seating. There is a separate bonus room in the garden which is great for the kids. May accept dogs.

Upstairs there is a very spacious living room with fireplace, large screen TV and shuffle board game.

The master bedroom, which is also upstairs, has a large private bathroom and balcony. There is plenty of parking at this beach house which is located just steps away from the famous Shadowbrook Restaurant.
