Minimum Rental: 1 Month This is a very special unit in a premier condominium complex located directly on the Atlantic Ocean and in the heart of Islamorada. This unit provides spectacular ocean views. It is one of the few units that offer spiral stairs to the ground level directly from your private balcony. The pool, hot tub and beach are just steps away. The furnishings are updated, attractive, and comfortable. Decorator touches and one of a kind art work add to the special charm. This unit is immaculate – you won’t find dust or crumbs in this unit. The owners have thought of every detail to make you feel welcome and easy for you to begin your vacation upon arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped including condiments and spices and starter supplies of all other household necessities are provided. Internet service is included and there’s even a desk with a printer and fax machine ready for your use. This spacious two bedroom condominium is guaranteed to please the most demanding clientele. Bedding is King, Queen.

Rate Details: Rent is $3500 to $4500/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Additional Charges: $175 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1000. Utility Caps/Mo: $100 electricity. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through Travel Guard.
