THE HOME :
Architecturally creative with beautiful clean lines and playful decor. Every room in the house was planned around the expansive mountain views and natural light. The feeling is open and clean.
Besides all of the fun mountain activities right out your door, the newest addition is a Rec Room with ping pong, foosball, exercise equipment, and a big comfy couch and TV. In the summer there is a trampoline and soccer net out the door. If you have kids there's nothing like this hideaway for them to ruff and tumble! There is ample storage for coats, boots, skis and even a ski tuning bench in our new gear room.
You will enjoy the JH Land Trust open space out the front door, beautiful mountain views, migrating and resident wildlife including moose, elk, deer, eagles, hawks, osprey, fox, coyotes and the occasional bear. There is also a bike path out the front door which is wonderful in the summer for biking and hiking and winter groomed for skiing, snowshoeing and walking the dog.

Owner is a 1992 Olympic biathlete and will offer a day of ski training with more than a weeks rental. In the summer, a week or more rental comes with a day of fly-fishing on the Snake. Both owners are licensed real estate brokers.
Centrally located to everything. Beautiful mountain views and wonderful neighborhood.
Where do I start? Getting up in the morning and seeing a mother moose and her baby sleeping on the kitchen porch...the elk that migrate through the front yard....hopping on the ski shuttle and onto the ski lifts in 10 minutes...skiing with my kids to school along the bike path that is winter groomed for skiing and pedestrians....walking 5 minutes over to the Snake River for some fly-fishing....I could go on all day.
