Incredible views of both Elliot Bay with Harbor Island and West Seattle beyond and the Downtown Seattle skyline are available from the oversized living room windows and from the Juilet balcony off the master bedroom. This building ranks a "Walker's Paradise" score of 98, so feel free to skip the rental car line!

This unit was completely refurbished in Spring 2012 with silestone countertops, a designer stainless steel kitchen and a soothing designer neutral color palatte. There is new paint, carpet and laminate throughout this beautiful 2 bedroom condo. This remarkable living space offers one of Downtown Seattle's most desirable vacation or business rental locations. 2 flat-screen HDTV's and wireless internet throughout make it the perfect spot to meet a client or to enjoy all the comforts of home during your visit. Truly luxurious sleeping accomodations mean you can rest even during a demanding business trip or an action packed Seattle vacation. A king sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sized bed in the second bedroom are plush. A queen sized sleeper premium sleeper sofa in the living room means this condo will sleep six comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with all that you will need to make meals in, including glassware for nearly any occasion.

Just blocks to the famous Pike Place Market, Seattle's Space Needle and the Seattle Center, local transportation is right outside your door. With secure parking on the premises, there's also a beautiful full sized swimming pool, hot tub and sauna.

Please be aware that A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

We stayed here for a long weekend in September 2012. It was amazing! My first trip to Seattle and it won't be my last! Seattle is a wonderful city to explore....great food, great shopping, great sites to see!
The pictures of the apartment are very accurate. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Views were terrific! There are lots of great restaurants nearby, including the Macrina Bakery and Local 360. We also tried Lola, Dahlia Lounge, Serious Pie and Pink Door. Every single restaurant was excellent! Some off-the-beaten path attractions that I would recommend: Seattle Public Library downtown (free) - really cool architecture; the Center for Wooden Boats (free) - we signed up for a free sailboat ride which was really fun. We also rented bikes at Alki Beach - very cheap and lots of fun.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends and family. I will also stay there again myself when I make it back to Seattle. The rental process was very easy and arrival/departure was stress free. There was a very welcoming tray of goodies for us when we got there. Thanks for a wonderful trip!
