The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the carriage house holds 2 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the loft above the living room for extra space or an additional bedroom. Bring everyone together for a home cooked meal prepared in the full kitchen. The dining table seats 4, while others can spread around the fireplace in the adjoining living room. After dinner gather for a game or movie night in the spacious living room.
There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and attached 3/4 bathroom. The bedroom to the north of the master has a full size bed and on the west side of the hallway is another full bathroom. The carriage house TV was upgraded to a flat screen also. The carriage house is made up of a second full kitchen, bathroom with tub, bedroom with full size bed, the second bedroom with two twins and the living room with a futon. There is plenty of privacy in this spacious home.
