This luxury apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located on the seventh floor of the new fabulous development The Cliffs. Perfect for a family the condo has a king size bed on the master and also a daybed. The second bedrooms offers a twin size bed.
The Cliffs offers security, front desk service, common gym and tennis court and an indoor lap pool.
The Cliffs is located on the beach at Cupecoy in the Lowlands, just past Mullet Bay and just before the French/Dutch border (there is no border post, just a sign). The area known as the Dutch Lowlands is perfectly placed for a short 10-min drive to Marigot and the airport and about a 25-min drive from Philipsburg.
Right opposite The Cliff is the Atlantis Casino and several top class restaurants; Temptation (nouveau Caribbean), Le Montmartre (Parisian brasserie), Rare (steak), La Gondola (Italian) or Bella Napoli (pizza). There is also a nearby deli/mini-market that also sells newspapers, magazines, sun tan lotion, sarongs, sandals and T-shirts.
At the Maho Plaza (5 mins away by car) there is a good supermarket, chemist and a range of other shops. Here you will find excellent restaurants like Bajatzu Bar & Grill (American), La Rosa Too (Italian), Terra (fine American), Moulin Fou (French) as well as bars and night entertainment which include Cherie’s Cafe, Q Club, Bamboo Bernies and Saprano’s.
The Cliff is a secure residents only property where you can hang out by the sculptured pool lazing on the sun deck, go down the stairs to the beach. Halfway down the stairs to the beach is the Cliffhanger Bar, which serves lunch and drinks every day (which you can have around the pool). Also on the property is a Dior® Spa, a fully fitted private gym with top of the range TechnoGym® equipment, to keep up your routine, a 25-meter heated lap pool, two Jacuzzis, Finnish saunas and hammam steam rooms, as well as a floodlit all-weather tennis court.
St. Martin offers a diverse culture since the island is divided into the Dutch-side and French-side. The French side has a more genteel ambience, more fashionable shopping, and a Continental flair. The Dutch side tends to be less expensive, has casino hotels, and more nightlife. There are lots of water sports available to you - diving, snorkeling, sailing, and windsurfing are all popular choices. And it's easy to spend the day relaxing on one of the 37 beaches, strolling the boardwalk of Dutch-side Philipsburg, and exploring the very French town of Marigot.
