Surf, Eat, Relax and Enjoy your stay with us at our lovely Surf City Getaway. Our 3 bedroom house is just 5 min from the Bella Terra shopping mall center and 10 min from the beach. With an open-floor plan dining room and living room, it's perfect for friends to visit and for spending time with your family. Go kayaking, explore the area, shop around, before enjoying a quiet and relaxing evening.
The space
Our house is approx. 2000 sqft of open-floor space, equipped with a modern kitchen, and all the essential amenities. The kitchen and dining area are separated from the living room so part of your family/friends can cook while you relax watching TV from our provided streaming service. Located in a neighborhood consisting mostly working professionals, it's a quiet residential area perfect for multi-family stays and retreats. Bring your friends with you, on your weekend getaway.

About the bedrooms:
All 3 bedrooms are spacious. The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed with TV connected with Hulu, Disney+, ESPN, Netflix for your entertainment. The other 2 bedrooms has 2 twin sized beds each, that can also be arranged to combine into a king sized bed, per your request.

Living Room:
The living room is an open spacious room with a 70' flat-screen TV and a fireplace. We have an area for laptop space and board games/books readily available.

Kitchen and Dining Room:
A new modern kitchen with fully stocked utensils/cookware, a coffee maker, air fryer, and toaster for any cooking needs. The dining room has an open bar and extendable dining table to seat up to 10 people.

On-site Washer and Dryer:
Washer and Dryer are in the garage, with detergent also provided
Guest access
The home is protected by a metal gate that will be unlocked when you arrive to access the driveway into the backyard and the garage.
Code access for the front door will be provided when your booking is confirmed and when you're close to the property.
Parking: you can either park in the carport, the front of the driveway or the garage that fits (2) vehicles.
Other things to note
Quiet hours are between 9 pm – 8 am.

Any friends/guests you have over must be disclosed.

No smoking/no vaping allowed inside, odorless vapes are allowed outside in the backyard/patio area.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK in front of the neighbors’ houses.

Our neighbors are very nice people, but they are not on vacation so we ask that you respect them and give them the peace and quiet they need.

In addition to our beds provided, we can accommodate up to 9 guests, with the addition of 2 air mattresses and a sofa bed.
