Sunny, comfortable living room with two sofas and a spectacular sunroom with access to the deck to relax and enjoy the warm summer days and nighs. A stone patio in front overlooks a spacious yard, with partial views of the pond, which is great for outdoor sports and games. Property has wireless internet access, DVD player and flat screen television. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Plenty of parking at the house. Grocery stores are just minutes away. Chatham is a quaint town with two playhouses and many wonderful stores. Sample the restaurants, enjoy a Friday night band concert, or watch a Chatham Anglers baseball game.
