"Windows on the Harbor"
Windows on the Harbor is located just across the street from the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. It is an easy level 3 minute walk to the large Twin Lake Beach, across the Harbor Bridge and a fun 3-block walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk with stairs. There are several nearby great restaurants (one being the famous Crow's Nest) within 2-blocks. Enjoy the beautifully terraced backyard flower garden with a patio and small fire-pit. There are several tables and chairs, two grass yards and a large wooden back yard deck for your enjoyment.
The great room has a large sectional couch for lounging around and watching movies. Great for families, there are two dining tables: one that overlooks the harbor where you can watch the sailboats drift by and the other that overlooks the terraced garden and patio. There is also an umbrella table and four padded chairs on the front deck across the street from the Harbor. The living room has a large TV and is open to the dining room.
There are 2 private parking spaces at the back of the home, 1 off-street parking space in front of the home (2 if your cars are compact) and 2-permits that come with the home to use for on the street.
The yacht harbor is 1 block away and Twin Lakes Beach with firepits and bathrooms is 3 blocks away. Capitola is a 3 minute drive away and Monterey is a 1 hour drive away. Bring your bicycles and bicycle all along East Cliff Drive. Santa Cruz Wharf and Beach Boardwalk is a 6 block walk from the home!
