My husband and I love the Venice area - many wonderful restaurants, beautiful beaches, fun shopping (and so many thrift/consignment shops to wile away your time when you want to avoid the sun!) - so when we encountered this property, we booked. What a beautiful home! It's very spacious, with a very large kitchen/dining/sitting area, and with all of the conveniences of home. The kitchen is well equipped, with microwave, dishwasher and all the other important appliances, as well as dinnerware for many, utensils, pots and pans - even a blender. The living room has a large flat screen TV with a dvd player and a library of dvds that the host family has generously left for our viewing pleasure. We enjoyed the spacious lanai for morning breakfast as well as cocktail hour.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed with a spacious master bath en suite. There are two additional bedrooms, and another bathroom.
The home was immaculately clean, and cleaning articles are in the laundry room should they be required during your stay. Of course, the washer/dryer are a wonderful convenience when you have a lengthy stay (or children!).
The owners are helpful and quickly responsive should you have a question, and you may believe them when they say that your comfort is of importance to them.
