Exceptionally clean and affordable. The owner is extremely easy to work with. I had to cancel one night and he refunded me that night without any hesitation.
My family rented both cabins and we loved our stay! It was nice having the cabins close together and everything we needed! Vince was very nice to do business with and quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is great with the cabins in a quiet wooded area yet close to town. We saw raccoons, a groundhog, rabbits, squirrels, geese, even a skunk in the area. We loved it here and hope to come again soon!
Our family has been going to the smokies every year for the past 20 years, sometimes more than once a year, we used to stay at a cabin regularly that we truly loved, which has now been sold and thought we would never find one we liked as well as it. Well we have found it, this cabin and OWNERS are wonderful. Loved it!! Vince is a wonderful man to work with and is a man of his word and even held the cabin for us on our word until I got the funds to him!! Vince does not have any hidden costs that run up the bill and gives a quit refund on the small deposit. I have tried to book 2 more times already this year but both his cabins were already booked, as I know why!! Thank you Vince and will be back many times to come!!!
We rented this cabin along with the cabin next door for our family vacation. In this cabin my daughter, her husband and to children, along with my second daughter, her boyfriend and my son-in-laws brother stayed in this cabin. A friend of the family stayed with them in this cabin. They loved it. They played pool, set in the hot tub and enjoyed the atmosphere of the cabin and the surroundings. They enjoyed the cabin so much that they spent a day at the cabin just hanging out. I would recommend this cabin to all ages. Even my grandchildren of ages 3, and 2 enjoyed the cabins. They watched cartoons and there were games there for there age group to play. They enjoyed the outdoors, sitting in the swing and watching for wild life. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your cabin and we hope to come back next year.
Traveled with family and friends this past May (2012) and rented this cabin. I was blown away by how great it was. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The view was fantastic from the balconies. The cabin was loaded with amenities including washer/dryer, wireless internet, full kitchen and much, much more. We were just minutes away from Dollywood and Gatlinburg. I really just can't say enough about how great this cabin was. It has been well maintained and was very clean. Looking forward to a return trip this year.
Our family stayed at this cabin June 13-24, 2011. We were looking for a cabin that was close to the park, but away from the high-traffic and noisier areas. This cabin was better than we had hoped for. The cabin was well represented in the ad. It was very roomy, comfortable, and very clean. Super well equipped for cooking. There were a great amount of starting supplies and no problem getting to Walmart for necessities since we stayed so long. The location was absolutely perfect! We were in the park in a matter of minutes! It is also an easy drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville if you want to eat out or take advantage of shows, shopping, and activities. We mostly spent our days in the park hiking, swimming, picnicking, sightseeing, tubing, etc. We did go into the towns once in while to eat out and to do a little shopping. We liked shopping at "The Village" in Gatlinburg. We visited nearby Tuckaleechee caverns and that was great. There were so many possibilities of things to do, just not enough time! The cabin was a great place to come back to after a long day out. Very comfortable! Nice big soft beds, games, puzzles, TV in all rooms, hot tub, etc. We were never bored! We have two kids age 14 and 16. They really loved it! I have some major mobility issues, but I only had to climb stairs once a day, and it was no problem. The parking was very good and not too steep! The owners were easy to contact and always responded quickly to our questions. They were super helpful in giving us tips on where to go and what to see. We received our deposit back promptly. I thought the cabin was an exceptional value compared to other prices out there. I would not hesitate to recommend this cabin to anyone! I hope someday we will be able to return, and we would definitely rent from Vince and Vickie again. I can't think of anything I didn't like about this place, and we are seasoned travelers. It looks very well maintained, and just like you are staying in someone's well loved home. If you read this Vince and Vickie, THANK YOU again for making our Smoky Mountain vacation so sweet! We are grateful beyond words. P.S. We thoroughly enjoyed the black raspberry patch at the bottom of the hill.
