DISCOUNT JUNE 9-13 === Louvre Quiet Apartment with Balcony, Elevator-Lift, WIFI

This Paris apartment had everything we needed - it was clean and inviting and the photos on the website are accurate. It is conveniently located near the Chatelet Metro stop, making it very easy to go anywhere in Paris, usually with only one transfer. The apartment is located near a very loud and busy street, and more than once we saw homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk, but once we walked through the main apartment door, we felt like we entered another world. To reach the apartment, one must walk through a very beautiful courtyard with bushes and flowers - once in the apartment, we were able to sleep with the windows open and not hear a sound from the street! The apartment is very secure and we felt safe there. Free wifi was provided and we greatly appreciated having it. The owner is very responsive - he answered all questions promptly. His representative, a very pleasant woman, met us at the apartment and showed us around - she spent much time with us, reviewing local sites and restaurants on the map. She also arranged a car to take us to the airport and returned our deposit as we checked-out. We found many outside restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store is conveniently located right below the apartment. We were able to walk to the river and the Louvre - the gardens are also located nearby. As others mentioned, the kitchen is very small - it worked well for a quick breakfast as we started our day - we ate out for remaining meals. I would recommend locating a street crepe vendor (made while you wait) - best crepes I've eve had! The apartment shower is small, but we all managed just fine! Overall, our stay in Paris was very enjoyable! Thank you for sharing your apartment with us!

Wonderful apartment,nice rest and get to enjoy Paris in a homey way.The only wish is a bigger shower.Otherwise,look forward to visiting again!

My husband and I stayed here for 1 week and thanks to the owner for allowing us to checkin early. The apartment is close to everything - restaurants, shops, cafes, grocery store, metro, and is within an easy walking distance to many attractions (Louvre, Notre Dame cathedral, Tuilleries Gardens). The building is on a side street so you don't hear the noise of Paris. However, I noticed the street seems to have a lot of people loitering around, both day and night, but maybe that's due to the grocery store and clothing store nearby. At night, many homeless people are sleeping on the sidewalk across from the building, but no one bothered us.

The apartment is comfortable for 2, and I think 4 people would be tight. Although we never cooked any meals, I imagine it being difficult to maneuvre in a kitchen that size. We enjoyed the strong internet access which made doing work very easy. My only suggestion would be to offer 2 towels per person instead of just one, especially since there is no washer/dryer in the apartment.
