Dominican Republic(DR) offers the most picturesque beaches and water in the Caribbean, and this condo is located in the prestigious StanzaMare Vacation Resort. Imagine yourself sitting on an oversized deck on a bar stool at a high top table sipping on a refreshing tropical drink, while viewing one of the most magnificent white powder sand beaches and crystal clear blue water there is to see. In addition, gaze down at a tropical pool with a bridge and thatch cabanas. This is what vacation is all about!

The condo is located in Bavaro which is only 15 minutes from Punta Cana Airport (PUJ). It has excellent restaurants, a grocery store, New York bakery, and many souvenir shops in walking distances. If adventure is your name, than Dominican Republic is the place for you. There are countless excursions available for your pleasure. The DR has snorkeling, scuba diving, kiteboarding, fishing, parasailing, ziplining and even cave exploring just to name a few.

The spacious condo has one bedroom, two bathrooms with a fully equipped kitchen which has all the amenities. Towels and linens are provided for your convenience. The management team speaks fluent English and Spanish and is available 24 hours a day. If you find you have any questions they are ready and available to help you in anyway. About The Owner

Janine and Mark - very happily married for 8 years. We have 4 children between us and 3 grandchildren. We live in Atlanta, GA and Mark works for a major airline. We love spending time together and travelling around the world.

If you ever have concerns about traveling to a different country for vacation, this is the place for you. We were met at the airport by a driver who took us straight to the apartment where we were met by the on site managers. The apartment and complex is exactly as you see it in the photos. Very nice, clean and comfortable. The beach is a few steps away and was uncrowded and clean. Local restaurants are very good and affordable. The on site managers are truly friendly and helpful. It really doesn't get much better than this.
