This home is nicely furnished and well maintained, light and bright, portable air conditioning units in each of the bedrooms, cable television with expanded cable, high speed internet access. Property has a spacious yard and a nice deck with outdoor furniture and gas grill. Rental also offers an enclosed outdoor shower. Non-Working Fireplace. We have stayed at this house for two years in a row. We love the private, quiet setting surrounded by trees (great bird watching!). The house has a good layout with distinct areas so it's not like the whole family is crammed into one room. Though the house has 1.5 baths it also has an outdoor shower, which we use all the time. The location is also great -- close to downtown, the grocery store (I walked there a number of times) and Oyster Pond. Plus the bike trail is literally right out your door. If you are looking for a relaxing time with real Cape Cod flavor but don't need the ritz or expense of being right on the water, this house is a good bet for you!
