Well kept home at Town beach Sandwich that sleeps 8

Well cared for home with room for 8 set on a corner lot within walking distance to Town Neck Beach and the Sandwich Boardwalk. Split level with a furnished 3 season room located off of the dining area with bar. Open kitchen/dining area with large banquet table to enjoy familiy and friends. The living room has cathedral ceiling, flat screen TV and floor to ceiling fireplace. Two bedrooms both with double beds and full bathroom with tub and shower. Access to the bathroom from one of the bedrooms.

Lower level is where you will find the laundry area, 2 additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 2 Twins, and the 2nd bathroom with tub and shower.

Enjoy cooking outside on the grill located just off the 3 season room with stairs that lead to the picnic table and benches.
