You can't get much closer to Saratoga Race course and Siro's Restaurant than this great house! 4 Bedrooms 2 1/2 baths, plenty of flat screen TVs, central air, wireless internet, a great new kitchen and off-street parking for up to 4 cars. The fenced yard has patio furniture and a gas grill for outdoor enjoyment. The front porch is perfect for people-watching before and after the races! It just doesn't get any better than this for your stay in Saratoga this racing season.

The layout of this house lends itself more to a 'guys trip' than a 'couples retreat', but all are welcome! There is a King bed in the master bedroom, 2 other bedrooms each with 2 Twin beds, and one full bath on the 2nd floor. The third floor has 2 Queen beds and a half bath. The other full bath is on the first floor.

Available for weekly and weekend rentals during the racing season.
