On the lower floor, the living room and formal dining room face the creek side of the house. The kitchen is off the dining room, with a laundy room/breakfast area beyond. Off the living room, there's a bedroom and a full hall bath. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a full hall bath, and a master suite with king bed, its own full bath and office/sitting room with sleeper. The yard is a half acre, fenced on three sides, open on the creek side. In the rear yard, there's a patio with outdoor dining and hot tub. There's also a creekside deck with seating and stairs to the creek. One of the best swimming holes on Austin Creek is right in front of this home!
Your well-behaved dog is welcome. Limited to two dogs, under 50 lbs each.
