This quaint 1899 Victorian Carriage house, listed on the National Historic Register of Historic Places and located in the Montford Historic District, is an ideal Asheville, North Carolina vacation rental.

The house is well-designed for a family, couples who are seeking private, comfortable surroundings, or for “Girlfriend Getaways” where you can reunite with long-time friends. Among the flower beds and garden patio is a picnic area, where late afternoon gatherings are often the main attraction.

The house consists of three bedrooms, two full baths, a living room, dining room, and galley kitchen. Amenities include two queen beds, one full bed, telephone, expanded cable, Plasma Flat Panel TV, and wireless Internet. Children of all ages welcome.

The Master Bedroom is a nice sized second floor bedroom with a love seat reading area at the foot of the bed.The second bedroom,also on the second floor, is small but cozy and has a queen sized bed. These two bedrooms share the bath on the second floor. There is also another bedroom on the main floor. It has a 'Double' bed and looks over the side garden. There is a full bath in this bedroom
