Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Rate doesn't include 13% tax; pool heating should be $180/week or $30/day. Cleaning fee of $145 will apply for stay less than 2 week. If request cleaning during the stay, $145 charge per cleaning. Gas BBQ grill is optional at $50 for unlimited use.

  • Rental Policy:
    1. $ 300 deposit is required to make reservation.
    2. Check in/Check out: Check-in no sooner than 4pm and check-out no later than 10 am.
    3. All holiday bookings must be a minimum of 7 days. No pets, no smoking. Renter must be 21 years of age or older. The balance of the booking cost is due no later than six weeks before your arrival date. If booking within six weeks of arrival, full payment is needed to be paid after reservation confirmation with rental agreement.
    4. Deposit will be held against loss, property damage or costs incurred, will be refunded approximately two weeks after your departure following a satisfactory report from the property managers.
    5. Check in/Check out: Check-in no sooner than 4:00 pm and check-out no later than 10:00 am.
    6. The client is responsible for the property and is expected to take reasonable care of it. All damages and breakages are the legal responsibilities of the client.

Good people. Hope to rent from you again

Hi Cindy,
We had a great time in Florida and at your house. It was very spacious and the heated pool was awesome. We also loved how comfortable the beds were, we have stayed in Florida a half a dozen times and your beds were the most comfortable of them all. That alone makes your house worth renting again, nothing worse then a nice bed with cheap mattresses. Also I would like to tell you that your management company is the best I've ever dealt with Annette and Mark are great they reacted quickly to any issues and did everything they could to please us. Good people. Hope to rent from you again in the future.

Very easy accomodations

We were a group of 15 who had just been on a Disney cruise and we spent four nights at the house while visiting the Disney Parks (5 days of parks). We found the house very conveniently located with a nice grocery store just off the freeway exit, so easy to swing by. The pool was fantastic as the kids loved having it right at the house and the adults could relax while watching them. Each family had their own space and we had kids from 19 months up to 14 years old! Thanks for helping us have a great family vacation - at a fantastic price!

Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Really Great Home

My family and I recently rented this home and we had a wonderful stay. The home was very spacious and the amenities were perfect for the kids. It was clean, with comfortable beds and also a quiet community. Each room had a nice humble and elegant flavor. I would recommend this house to all ages as there are lots to do from an active game room or pool to simple relaxation. The managers were also very responsive so great stay and highly

Great House!

I normally dont make a habit of providing feedback about places ive rented but for this house I can make an exception. The owners stayed very true to the features of the house. It is very well kept. The rooms all looked magnificent and obviously, well maintained. The proximity of the house to all the amusement parks, groceries and "sites to see" in the orlando area kept our gas and mileage to a minimum. Best of all is the very personal attention the owners give to your concerns and question. Our party of 11 persons had a blast in Orlando both in and out of the house. We look forward to, hopefully, finding ourselves in the same house when we visit the next time. Thank you Cindy and company!!
