Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM; Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Payment Policy: $250 reservation deposit is due at time of booking. 50% of rent is due 60 days prior to check-in date. Remaining 50% of rent is due 30 days prior to check-in date. Upon arrival, your reservation deposit will be converted into a security deposit which will be fully refunded to you within 7 days after the departure (if paid by credit card) if the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived with the exception of normal course of usage.
  
  If you are booking more than a 2 week stay, an alternate payment schedule may be required based on your
  length of stay.
  
  Cash Security Deposits: If guests pay security deposit in cash at time of arrival, we will return your security deposit in cash at time of check-out. Apartment will be inspected 1-2 hours before checkout.
• Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund of deposit minus 4% credit card processing fee. Cancellations or changes made less than 60 days of the check-in date will be be assessed as follows:
  
  59 - 31 days before check-in will receive 50% refund minus 4% credit card processing fee;
  30 - 0 days before check-in will not be refunded.
  
  
  Receive a 3% Early Bird Discount if you pay the rental fee in full 60 or more days prior to arrival!! Early Bird payments are non-refundable.
