The cottage consists of one bedroom with a queen bed, a fully furnished kitchen with table and chairs, living room with a full size sofa bed, one bathroom and a three foot high loft with two double mattresses, perfect for the children on the trip; sleeping a total of four adults and four children. Relax in one of the chairs furnished on the deck or fix lunch on the bbq pit and dine at the picnic table just outside your home away from home.

The popular resort is located one block east of IH-35, making it a short dash to local attractions such as Schlitterbahn, the local rivers, historic Gruene and just minutes from both San Antonio and Austin.

We require a two night stay from Memorial Day through Labor Day, for all weekend rentals; however, we may require a 2 - 3 night minimum stay during holidays and special local events. Our facilities are smoke-free indoors throughout the park.
