Trickle Creek. Our unit is a new 3 bdrm, 2 bath concrete construction (very quiet) condo. It's a 2nd floor, 1304 sq. ft, unit within the Trickle Creek luxury development. The kitchen boasts high end appliances, granite counter tops, hardwood & tile floors and an extensive lineup of cutlery & cookware. The living room has a leather sofa bed & love seat, a large flat screen TV, hardwood and a fire place. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 3 piece bath with tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom has 1 double bed with the 3rd bedroom having bunk beds, both with direct access to the main 3 piece bath with tub/shower. The total sleeping accommodation is 8 people. The large private deck has a natural gas BBQ, patio table/chair set with umbrella and an incredible hot tub for all for all season use. The complex also boasts a beautiful heated outdoor pool (summer), hot tub, fitness room, underground parking, elevator access & a storage locker located in the parkade.
