Gorgeous mountain decor is featured throughout this stunning 3 bedroom townhome, which includes a den that easily converts into a fourth bedroom. This beautiful 2000+ square foot Avon townhome is located on the Eagle River and is across the street from the lower Beaver Creek 'Bear' parking area with easy access to the new gondola, Bachelor Gulch Village, and Riverfront Village. Have a coffee on the deck overlooking the Eagle River, or relax with all the comforts of home right here in your mountain getaway. Community workout facility, hot tub, and pool (outdoor pool- summer only) are available onsite with Wireless Internet and Cable TV throughout. Pack your bags and get ready to escape to this private mountain getaway.

Amenities include: Two decks with seating overlooking the Eagle river, indoor gas fireplace, 3 TV's (one flat screen with DVD/VCR),a sofa sleeper for one, futon bed, and a fold out mattress. plumbed Gas BBQ, walking distance to the bus accessing Beaver Creek lifts and village, full dining area, and each bedroom has a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub in the master, Washer/Dryer and 1 car heated garage. Please ask for our Additional photos of the unit there available upon request.

Housekeeping fee is waived for all stays of 5 nights or longer

Family Ski Weekend

Great condo...we loved it. Really felt like home, well stocked kitchen and every bedroom was very comfortable and cozy. The kids loved the hot tub, it was never crowded, even Presidents Weekend. Fireworks in Avon Sunday night to top it off. Close to Beaver Creek and Edwards. Hostess Laurie was great to work with and very helpful with tips on what to do in the area, felt like a "local". Truly a five-star experience.

Without a Doubt - This is the Place!

You walk in and just feel at home - I will come back again (what more can I say)!
I plan a yearly ski trip for friends and we've stayed at a lot of places in Colorado. And everyone in my group repeatedly told me this is the best place we've ever stayed in!
Three bedrooms with private baths, a fully equipped kitchen, two decks, a grill, plus the pool, hot tub and you're right on the river - this place is iconic Colorado!
And how awesome that we were on a shuttle to BC with only a few minute walk. I'd like to come back again in the summer with my kids and enjoy the bike path, the pool and hiking.
This condo has everything you need for the perfect weekend or weeklong stay in Rockies!
(In all honesty, I didn't want to leave - it's nicer that my house!)

Rocky Mountain Paradise

This very well located townhome had it all! The owners Paul and Laurie really took the time and told us all about their little piece of heaven based at the bottom of the mountain in Avon Colorado
The place was clean comfortable and well laid out. The owners have great taste and we really felt at home. The dinning area was wonderful for our three kids wife and myself.

We're Are planning to return this summer. Thank you.

Every part of the condo is well maintained and classy, and the location is perfect for a variety of activities in the Vail valley.
