This third floor 4 bed, 2 bath condo has a nice screened patio seating area, overlooking a quiet pond with fountain. The birds in the treetop sings for you right outside the patio. The condo is conveniently located adjacent to the pool.
The high cathedral ceiling in the living room gives you the open feeling of space. The living room has a 42” TV, DVD and a computer. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need. In the back of the kitchen you will find washer and dryer and ironing equipment. If you are a huge shopper, you may find the large closets in each bedroom very useful.
