Our beautiful villa is located in Punta Ixtapa a complex built on a prívate beach right next to the Club Med, just 15 minutes away from Zihuatanejo (local town). Endless virgin beaches of Troncones and about 30 minutes from the International Airport and the lagoons at Barra de Potosi, all part of the amazing Mexican Riviera on the Pacific Coast of Mexico.

The apartment is set in the most prívate and exclusive deluxe beach complex in Mexico. With 5 beautiful prívate beaches and 3 beach club houses for guests only, which are great accomodations that include a delicious menú of restaurant services, ocean view pools, and a great area for spending the day under the sun, including lifeguard and surfing (surfboard included in the apartment).

The villa is perfect for some relaxing nice hot sunny vacations with your family & friends. It has a total capacity for 13 people, including 4 bedrooms with a complete bathroom for each one of them, livingroom,diningroom,kitchen , outdoor pool, garden and last but not least a magnificent ocean view.

The beach is right in front of the villa which makes it easy and available to spend a day there renting waverunners, and fun trips such as the bannana!

The villa also has 2 kayaks and a boat with a capacity for 7 persons, it can be used for skiing or going on a trip around the island which is only a tad away from the apartment. An extra cost would be included for this service such as a prívate driver with car and a housekeeper.
