DUVAL STREET HIDEAWAY: This 2 story, 2 bedroom 2.5 bath rooftop townhome is located above Duval Square and is the ideal combination of the perfect Old Town location to enjoy the sights and quiet retreat when relaxtion is what is needed. This property has an open floor plan on the 1st level with complete kitchen, dining room, living room with sleeper sofa and half bath. French doors off the living room open to a spacious private deck with outside dining and a private jacuzzi. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with each with their own private bathroom and balconies, both their own perfect hideaway for a great night sleep and WiFi if you need to stay tuned in to the world. There is a shared swimming pool to relax, lounge or maybe read a book. The community is gated to add to your privacy and has a reserved parking space. Downstairs in Duval Square you will find wonderful restaurants, specialty stores and a cigar bar all in a tropical courtyard setting. Duval Street Hideaway is a great spot to enjoy while you prepare your own meals or margaritas, relax on the back deck or soothe your tired muscles in the jacuzzi -- you'll have a hard time leaving to explore the island but when you do, you are just steps away from the attractions of Duval Street -- shopping, bars, restaurants and galleries galore!
