Wonderful place to stay!

We spent a week here - my husband and I, our two older teenage children, one of our children's friends, and our two little dogs. Critical to us were two bathrooms (teens), a king-sized bed (us), and the opportunity to have our (well-trained and thoroughly housebroken) two little (under 15 lbs) dogs with us.
The house is immaculate with sparkling hardwood floors, granite countertops, new appliances and an open layout - more beautiful than the pictures could convey. The beds were all comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and linens on site, as well as a new washer and dryer to keep up with the laundry. Both the bathrooms are modern and well-appointed. The lower level is where our teens hung out and slept - big flat screen TVs on both the upper and lower levels. We dined out and socialized on the wraparound deck and used the gas grill for several of our meals.
The owner was there to greet us with info about the house and the area, and his wife had left us a couple of bouquets of fresh flowers cut from the yard. He also showed us where all the lawn toys and coolers for use around the house were located. The house is a healthy walk to East Matunuck beach, probably 3/4 of a mile. We dined nearby at the Matunuck Oyster Farm and at Cap'n Jacks (friendlier for kids).
This was a wonderful, relaxing vacation, made easy by the convenience and appointments of this lovely home. We would recommend this location to our families and friends, and will consider going here again next summer!
