Fun Fun Fun, SO MUCH to do, paddle boats, kayaks, and more.

This wonderful Lake Home also has a guest house with lots of room. Both homes have wonderful views of the lake and lakefront backyard.

Property centrally located in the DFW area, however you never need to leave, its on the lake with a dock, and nice large smoker and hot tub, perfect for entertaining.

15-20 minutes to TCU, 30 minutes to Cowboy Stadium

The Main House (rents for $450) is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths, large open kitchen, dinning, TV living area, seating/reading area and a breakfast area, also has a utility room. Pool table and darts. Pool table can be turned into a large dinning table, with plenty of chairs.

The guest house (rents for $100) is located 20 yards from the main house is approximately 900 square feet. Has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living, dinning, kitchenette, utility room and dressing area.

There is a two car garage and an area to park a boat.

Shuttle service can be arranged for all outings.

The pictures on the website do not do justice to this property. I contacted the owner for more pictures and was more surprised on the day of arrival of the space and appointments of the main house. The guesthouse where Sonny and Cher is mentioned to have stayed while performing at a nearby menu is rustic, but very comfortable. There were 12 in our group and there was more that enough space, plenty of parking and close enough to a nearby town and freeways. Most definitely would recommend and would stay again.

I can't say enough about how professional Kelly is. She works out every detail & leaves nothing for you to guess about. The property is VERY well maintained & Art is absolutely awesome! We booked this at the last minute, but they made our stay feel as though it had been planned for months. The feeling of peace & serenity alone made the trip worth it. Our group had decided that we will use this property again when we meet to touch bases in a few months and for our quarterly retreats with the different couples. Art & Kelly totally ROCK!! Thanks for the memories --we couldn't have asked for a more awesome experience!!

Weekend with the family

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was so relaxing and beautiful. The pictures posted on this site don't do it justice. We hung out on the dock and relaxed, kayaked, and played pool. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend. I would recommend this property to anyone. Art has done a great job with all the upgrades.

Relaxing getaway

The vacation home was perfect. It was as described in the info and pictures. It was spacious enough for 7-9 people and had enough open seating and space for us all. Kelly and Art made the whole process very easy and convenient. One minor issue was the windows leaked while a small storm passed but I am sure it is an easy fix. It did not bother us at all. All major stores and restaurants were no more than a five minute drive. We will return if we ever go back to Texas. Thank you Kelly and Art for providing a wonderful place to stay for me and my friends!

Great Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay at the main house and quest house. Everything was just like it was decscribed and fun,fun,fun! Had a great time using the paddle boat & kayak and did a lot relaxing. Enjoyed watching the sunset and the deer. All the stores are 5-10 minutes away which made it so convenient. The house had everthing that you need and I would definitely recommend it.
