Sunsets, Nature and the Lake and so much FUN!
We had the best time... great place to hold family get together. Has lots of sleeping room, large living space. We were in water, boating and had camp fires had 2 large party while there, cooked for large group, went to zoo, stock yards, shopping. .. Owner was totaly fantastic. We are already planning our next trip to coming back. I recommend it and give it a 12 out of 10......
Our group of 11 girls enjoyed a wonderful Bachelorette weekend at this spacious home. Everything in and at the home was as expected according to the website. This is an excellent retreat for any group!!! The owner was ready and available for any questions or anything the girls needed and that was greatly appreciated.
Art, our concierge was very helpful. House was fine, a few items broken like hinge on stove & 1 burner on ceramic stove, windows are hard to open and not all have turn handles. 4 bedrooms down with couches & 1 pullout, upstaira has bed and 3 futons super nice bath upstairs. We didn't know but there is a hot tub on the property. Art was perfect concierge. If you want quiet and laid back but near the city for options, this is a good fit!
Our group of seven longtime friends gathered at this VRBO from across the state of Texas for a weekend of fun and relaxation. The setting on the lake was perfect to enjoy sunsets and made you feel "out in the country," even though the location is close to anything you want to do in Fort Worth and beyond. The spacious house has plenty of bedrooms, a generous kitchen for cooking (and visiting while meals are prepared) and a living area for early morning coffee or late night conversation. The house has lots of unexpected bells and whistles that made the weekend special. We appreciated the owner's attention to detail in making sure our stay was a memorable one.
My daughter got married on Valentine's Day and instead of our out of town family getting separate hotel rooms, we decided to all stay together in a large home. We had an awesome time not only at the wedding but at the lake house. It was large enough for our 5 families and we had plenty of space. The owner was extremely accommodating and even had fire wood set up for us to use in the fire pit. We plan to return for a family reunion at a later date. Can't give this place enough stars!
We had a group of 12 women and this house was perfect for a little getaway. The kitchen and extra refrigerators were great for the food and drinks we brought in. We had plenty of room to spread out. Everyone slept comfortably. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The only drawback was that we didn't realize the other living area upstairs only had access from the outside. This was tricky for our group since the 2 nights we were staying it was stormy and raining. No one wanted to drag their bags up the narrow stairs in the rain and lightning. I don't remember the description mentioning this. But, that was the only negative and would be fine in nice weather. We really, really enjoyed staying here!
