Very clean and neat contemporary on Pond Shore Drive. 3 beds, 2 ½ baths with master suite! Beach pass provided. Open floor plan, plenty of windows for natural light, hardwood floors and attached screened in porch, two sun decks, nice yard.

We came to Rhode Island for the first time on vacation and this house was wonderful! Sunny, charming and perfect for us. We loved the living room and the beautiful porch! Great neighborhood to walk around as well. The beaches were so close to drive to - all day at the beach or sight seeing and then back to this beautiful home to relax and prepare a great dinner! The "Fishery" market nearby had the best and freshest seafood! The porches and outside decks on this house are great and we definitely made use of the grill. We also went out to eat at the Matunuck Oyster Bar at the recommendation of a local outdoor fruit and vegetable vendor and it is now my favorite restaurant ever! The master bedroom was beautiful! The only compliant is it is a hard mattress. Otherwise everything was AWESOME! Thank you so much for great memories!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
