This adorable 2 bedroom cottage emodies the beach house style you love when you're enjoying a relaxing weekend away. Slow down and reconnect with a visit to this beachfront home located 2 miles west of Port Austin. Here you will spend your days reading on the large private sandy beach and splashing in the warm shallow waters. Just a short bike ride to town, you will find many unique shops supporting local artists, bars, restaurants and a farmers market each Saturday.

The cottage sits above the beach on a bluff for privacy and offers a large fire pit and chairs on the beach, perfect for watching the sunset. Inside you'll find the home fully-stocked with everything you need to cook dinners with your family or enjoy a movie in the evening. This home is perfect for a family visit with a master bedroom featuring a queen bed and a guest bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed.

With a firepit, beach chairs and umbrella, bicycles, sunset views and a perfect swimming area, you don't have to travel all the way to the west coast to have your perfect beach getaway. This home has it all!

Absolutely lovely!

We arrived at this cottage to find that it looked exactly as pictured or better. It was beautifully maintained and furnished. The outside patio was well equipped with a gas BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture. The sunsets were awesome. There were two beautiful white swans in the lake directly in front of the cottage every day. We walked the beach, visited the local state park as well as the arboretum and enjoyed seeing several species of birds and wildflowers. A lovely place to visit, a couples retreat.
