Location, location, location! Only ½ mile to the closest beach and just over that to the Village of Chatham. There are sidewalks for safe walking and this lovely beach offers free parking and town lifeguards. Enclosed outdoor shower being installed for summer, as well as a beautiful new enlarged back yard patio for outdoor dining. Located on the Chatham Loop, a great walking/jogging/biking route. Wonderful newly renovated home including a fabulous new kitchen with sunny breakfast nook. House has 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, spacious open living and dining room and hardwood floors. Great fenced in back yard with shady patio and also a front patio for outdoor relaxation and to view magnificent sunsets. All amenities including Wi Fi, multiple TVs, DVD players, and newly installed wall A/C units throughout. This charming house is in a fantastic location and is only $2950 per week.
