3 bedrooms, 1 full, 1 half bathroom, sleeps 6 MAX!

Families only, or adult groups over 35 years of age.

The house is situated 2 street blocks away from the beach and boardwalk and 2 blocks opposite to the bay. (address: 124 E. Leaming Avenue) The boardwalk spans 2 1/2 miles with 4 piers full of rides for children and adults of all ages. There are 3 Waterparks, one with cabanas for adults to relax and a beverage bar and snack stand. Wildwood has many delicious restaurants, miniature golf courses, game rooms, and other activities in the area. This rental has all the amenities of home. Heat/fireplace in the winter, fans/central air in the summer months. Two car garage (front to back), large side yard with patio set, gas grill, and area to hose off after a day at the beach. There is private washer/dryer in the home, kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, waffle maker, dishes, glasses, pots, pans and all the utensils that you'll need. 2 TVs, one 39' flatscreen with DVD player. Also provided are: hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Sorry but, absolutely NO pets and NO smoking in the house.

There are three levels of living in this reverse style home. The first level has two bedrooms (one with full size bed and the other with a twin daybed with twin size pull-up trundle) and a bathroom with stall shower. The second level, with cathedral ceilings, is where the living/dining and kitchen areas are. A sun deck with table and chairs is just off the living room area. The third level (loft) Master suite extends the width of the house and has a queen size bed with tv and half bath/powder room.

We just returned from our week rental at this property. The condo is very nice and comfortable. It was the perfect size for our group of 5 - my husband and I took the upper "loft" and the three teenage girls split the bottom 2 bedrooms. It provided everyone with just enough privacy. Nice to have the small bathroom up off the loft. We grilled in the yard, tanned on the balcony, watched movies in the living room. The kitchen has all the plates, cups, utensils, etc that you need. The Acme is very close - quick drive or bike ride. The walk to the boardwalk and beach takes about 10-15 minutes. Very doable. Nice to have the garage and bonus with the beach chairs and beach cart. We ate at Duffers - sort of like a local version of Friendlys. Thumbs up. We would not recommend Little Italy. It's close by but the food was just so-so. Mostly, we stocked up on groceries and ate in - supplementing it with some boardwalk grub. We have absolutely no complaints about the condo and would rent it again in a heartbeat and recommend it for families. Thanks to the owner for offering us such a nice vacation spot.
(4 of 5 stars only because we would have liked a pool - but knew there wasn't one, of course)

Tropical Beach House

We rented this property in August 2010. It is a very comfortable home and very clean. Very tastefully decorated in a beach theme. It is very well maintained by the owners and has all the amenities of home. This home has a very interesting layout. It actually has 4 different levels so would not recommend it for someone who is physically challenged. The entrance is on the side of the building where there is a small garden and patio furniture with a gas grill. There is a loft upstairs with a pull-out sofa and decorated in a fish theme. There is also a very comfortable patio leading out of the living room for relaxinging/reading. It is a good walk to the beach/boardwalk (2-1/2 blocks), which brings you almost at the beginning of the boardwalk near Wildwood Crest. Overall, my family of 5 enjoyed this rental property and would definitely recommend it.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
