Eatonton House Rental Photos and Description
House, 5 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths, (Sleeps 14)
Our lakefront home will become your favorite family vacation spot! Beds for 14, dining space for 16, deck and yard space for the whole gang! It's also cozy enough for a smaller group, or even just a couple.
We are located on a large lot off GA Hwy 44 between the Publix Shopping Center and Harmony Crossing Shopping Center. It is only 9 miles from Historic Greensboro, GA, and just a few miles from Madison, Georgia—voted the #1 Small Town in America in 2001. We are located between Reynolds Plantation and Cuscowilla for easy access to their restaurants and amenities.
Our home offers four bedrooms on one level! The layout provides plenty of privacy for you and your children or friends. The lot slopes gently down to the maximum sized dock with boat slip. A separate free-standing deck provides a shady spot for watching lake activities, including fishing, boating, skiing, and jet-skiing. (Watch for our neighborhood great heron and ducks! I spotted six white ones on my last visit, along with two ‘ugly ducklings!’) This home is located on a nice cove just off the main body of the lake. You can enjoy fishing and swimming in the deep water just off our lighted dock.
On the main level the private master bedroom, with king-sized bed and lake view, jetted tub with separate shower is located on one side. On the other side, one bedroom has a lake view, queen bed and private bath. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds share a bath. The HUGE bonus room upstairs is furnished with a double bed AND four twin beds--and has its own full-sized bath.
We have a minimum stay of three (3) nights. However, in certain circumstances we may be able to accommodate a two (2) night stay. Contact us if you have a need for a two-night stay.

Why The Owner chose Eatonton
In 1988 we bought this beautiful, wooded vacant lot on Lake Oconee, hoping to one day built a vacation home. For several years, we enjoyed weekends and holidays with our two young daughters in a camper! In 2000, we found a house plan that we love, and over the next year or so, we built a lovely, custom home. We (and our friends) have had many wonderful getaways here. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
What makes this house unique
A great layout for family and friends, convenient to shopping and sightseeing, lots of room to roam, and great boating and fishing make this a great place to spend a weekend--or a week!
