Great location!

We stayed here over Christmas break for a week. It was perfect. It's located directly across from the beach, and it was so nice to have access to a full kitchen, since we have a young child. Even though it was so close, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was (The Congress is made up of several separate buildings, and our unit faced another building and was back a little from the street). It is a studio, but it is larger than a hotel room would be.
Breakfast at the hotel is included every day, and you have the choice of numerous items from the menu. We only ate the hotel breakfast twice, but it was delicious both times.
The only "complaint" (which isn't one, really) we had was about the blue balcony lights, which lit up the room at night, even with the blinds drawn and lights off. We still slept soundly every night.
Overall, though, it was a great location and vacation!
