This waterfront luxury retreat, designed by Hutker Architects, sits quietly ;perched above the lagoon, with a large pool, private beach and sweeping water views. "Sandy Point" takes its name from the unique private beach below with its prominent point of sand that juts out into the Lagoon. Private stairs lead down to your own 500 feet of private beach on Sandy Point. The house and pool are designed to enjoy the commanding water views of the Lagoon and Atlantic Ocean beyond. An open floor plan on the second floor features Living Room with vaulted ceilings, Dining area and Gourmet Kitchen with granite countertops. Sliding doors lead to a large mahogany deck for outdoor dining and entertaining. The Master suite is also on the second floor. The other three bedrooms are downstairs, along with a den/TV room. Three of the bedrooms have either a deck or porch -- all enjoy with water views. One of the more unique features in Sandy Point, is a noted collection of dinosaur bones, including a rare ;Triceratops skull discovered by the owner on one of his Paleontology digs. In addition to the large solar heated pool and patio with ample relaxing and dining areas, there is also a poolside hot tub.
