4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Part of the recently built Fairway Village, this luxury condo features three levels of stylish detailing throughout, with a convenient in-town location. The first floor features a sunny Living Room with fireplace and wall of windows. An equally bright Dining Room has French doors that open to a bluestone patio for outdoor entertaining. And the Chef's Kitchen is fully-equipped with commerical stainless appliances & granite countertops. There is also a half bath. The Master Bedroom has its own wing on the first floor, with his and her closets, and Master Bath with double vanity and walk-in glass door shower. There is another Bedroom suite upstairs with his and her closets, and full bath with glass door shower. The other two Bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower. The Media Room with large screen TV and sofas, is on the lower level, which also has a half bath and laundry room. In addition to the bluestone patio for outdoor dining and entertaining, there is also a backyard. Fairway Village back up against the Edgartown Golf Club but right out front is the bike path, with downtown a just short bike ride or walk away.
