This immaculate sun-filled Katama beach house is a short walk from South Beach and enjoys distant views of the Atlantic Ocean from its multi-level decks and many of its rooms. An open Living and Dining design with vaulted ceiling on the second floor, comfortably expands entertaining and relaxing spaces out onto a large mahogany deck.

The Master Suite on the third floor enjoys expansive water views, private deck, and master bath with whirlpool. The other suites and bedrooms are located on the first floor and open out to a large mahogany covered porch. There is also Family/TV Room with additional entertainment and sleeping space -- ideal for kids.

The professionally landscaped grounds include large front and backyards, and English style perennial gardens. There is easy access to the bike path, the beach and downtown Edgartown.
