4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Privately tucked away in the rolling hills of the historic Tea Lane area, surrounded by conservation land, the newly renovated Chilmark Retreat features a sleek modern style, with a sunny, open floor plan. There are sharp designer touches throughout, mixed with monochromatic shades of white and other muted tones, from the walls to the floors. A two-story Great Room has vaulted beadboard ceiling with beams, open Living and Dining areas, and a south-facing wall of glass. The Living Area features slip-covered sofas, fireplace, and large screen TV, and sliding doors open to large mahogany deck. ; At the other end of the Great Room, the Chef's Kitchen is appointed with grey Caesarstone quartz countertops, prep island/breakfast bar, and commerical stainless appliances. There is an adjacent indoor Dining Area, as well as sliding doors that open to a large screened porch with generous outdoor dining and entertaining space. There are two Master Suites upstairs, both with king beds and vaulted ceilings. One features a large private deck, double vanity full bath with tub and shower, while the other has a media sitting area with large screen TV, and a full bath with shower. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, and share a full bath with shower.
