Tucked away in a quiet Katama neighborhood near South Beach, this contemporary is an ideal vacation homebase. There are two sunny decks and open living spaces on the second floor. The bright Living and Dining Areas have vaulted ceilings with walls of glass windows and doors, that open out to a wraparound deck for outdoor entertaining. The nicely-equipped Gourmet Kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is also a large office and half bath on the second floor. The three Bedrooms are downstairs. The Master Suite has a full Bath with shower, and a sliding door to the lower level deck. The other two bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower. The house is set back off a quiet road, with nicely manicured grounds and yard. South Beach is less than a mile, while downtown Edgartown is about two miles away.
