Beautiful well maintained condo with sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez. Watch whales playing during migration season while sipping your morning coffee and watching the sunrise. Walk twenty steps to the pool with three tiered hot tubs or walk twenty steps more to the beach for - you choose - surfing or swimming or sunning. Two surf breaks right in front - Middles and La Roca or an easy walk to Acapulquito (Old Man's) or Zippers. Middles and Old Man's are beginner breaks and Zippers and La Roca more challenging. Take your boogey board or snorkel and fins or just swim in the warm, clear waters of the Sea of Cortez. The surf is so gentle that you can see local children swimming after school in front of our seawall.
Mega Market is within one mile for all your shopping needs - with local fresh produce and fresh seafood, bakery, libations of all sorts and everything in between including a pharmacy. Or if you are in the mood to eat out - think Big Tony's Zippers Beachfront Restaurant and Sports Bar (multiple TV's and sports channels - satellite)right next door or intimate Sardina Cantina just up the road or Havana Club with great music, food and bar - right across the street - all within walking distance.
There is a local massage therapist across the street - as well as small organic food restaurant for excellent smoothies.

When Dave was on his bachelor party in Mexico he called Jackie to tell her he missed her and loved her and...'oh by the way I bought a condo!' We went to Las Olas for our honeymoon and loved it so much we bought another, larger condo which is both our home away from home and this rental property. WE are here at least 4-6 times per year and it is so safe that Jackie comes down on her own or with friends or family to this wonderful little community. Dave has perfected his surfing skills, Jackie has perfected her tanning skills and we have both perfected our Margarita skills!!!!
Dave & I live in the mountains and are avid skiers but, I am a California Girl and also love the beach and ocean. This property has allowed us to have the best of both worlds. The location cannot be beat - the people in our community and our neighbors are warm and friendly - and this home allows us to get away and really leave our hectic work life behind. I do cheat & bring my computer sometimes, though.
Unique benefits include: sunrise walks on the beach with coffee cup in hand; early morning or full moon swims in warm sea water; 'manana' is good enough; friendships developed within the community; really good, fresh local foods which usually result in a couple of pounds of weight loss (unheard of when on vacation!); cool, little local restaurants with great inexpensive food.
We have the best view at Las Olas directly facing the Sea of Cortez - you can drink your coffee and check out the surf in the A.M. or take a sunrise stroll along the beach which is just feet away.
