This 900 square foot 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps eight and features ski slope and village views from the private balcony and living room and bedroom windows. There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and blackout blinds in both bedrooms. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and nightlife, not to mention you’re just a three to four-minute walk from the high speed gondola.
The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for storage of vacation gear. The living room has a large flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet. Next to the fireplace is a game table with an inlaid chessboard and three chairs. The owner has provided a selection of DVDs and board games for your enjoyment. Just off the living room is the spacious private balcony that overlooks River Run Village and offers ski slope views in the distance. There’s plenty of seating and a gas grill for additional cooking options.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware & tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just down the hall. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, blackout blinds and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has large vanity and shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized pine bunk bed, blackout blinds and two flat screen TVs (one for top bunk viewing, the other for bottom bunk viewing). The guest bathroom is just across the hall.

WATCH OUT FOR GIMMICKS: Don’t be fooled when someone offers discounted lift tickets. Discounts on lift tickets are all the same as long as you do not buy at the ticket window. Buy your discounted lift tickets from the kiosk at the grocery store or online. Kids Ski Free is another gimmick designed to make guests believe they’re getting a deal when in reality they’re paying higher nightly rates and an “amenities fee.” When you do the math on total cost of stay it turns out it’s not a deal at all.
We are brothers who grew up in San Diego, California. We started skiing at Big Bear and Mammoth Mountain in California, and occasional trips to Breckenridge, Colorado. We both enjoyed Colorado so much that we decided to attend college here.
Having started roots in Colorado it has been one of our dreams to buy a condo in the mountains. In October 2011 we bought our first ski condo in Keystone and completely remodeled it. We selected this unit for the views and because this building is right in the middle of the River Run Village. The 2011/2012 season turned out to the be the most epic powder in the past 20 years with Keystone resorts earliest recorded opening in history. Hopefully thats a great sign of seasons to come!

We took our time looking for an Epic Ski Condo and found exactly what we dreamed about. The key features were definitely Location and Slope Views. Keystone is our favorite resort on several fronts- proximity to Denver, Night Skiing, Snow KAT Skiing, and family friendly. Keystone is one of the best values anywhere and the skiing is world class. The best part for us is that there are hardly ever any lift lines. We have skied at other great resorts, but standing in a lift line for 30 minutes puts a damper on things. It is rare to wait in a line for more than 5 minutes in Keystone. Plus just head to the Outback ski area on the backside of Keystone for incredible skiing and views. Within Keystone we feel we knew we wanted River Run Village. Our goal was to walk to the gondola, shops, and restaurants. The Silver Mill building has the newest and best lobby, hot tubs, and location. Finally the minute we stepped in the Condo we were awe struck by the views. In both Winter and Summer there is a not better motivation then seeing the entire mountain (thousands of tree's) and the Gondola running as the village comes alive. You will be ready to to start an Epic day with everything Keystone and the Colorado rockies has to offer!
This unit is unique on several fronts. It's an oversized two bedroom two bath fully furnished custom condo with a huge top floor deck in the heart of the Keystone Ski Resort. Incredible ski slope views from every room!! We upgraded it with new carpet, stainless steel appliances, flat screen hdtv's, ihome docking stations, and a great game table. The condo has an outstanding location in River Run Village and the Silver Mill building with access to first class amenities including pool/hot tubs, sauna, health club, ski lockers, and underground parking. Most importantly its walking distance to the Gondola, shops, and restaurants. Park your car in the heated garage and you never have to drive during your entire vacation!

The condo was very clean and well maintained. It had an awesome view and was conveniently located in River Run Village. We were very pleased with our Christmas in the Rockies and look forward to future visits.
This condo was a very nice place to stay in Keystone! It was located right in the heart of the village and you can easily walk anywhere. The rooms were perfect for 4 people, and the bunk beds were so awesome!! I've never seen queen bunk beds before and the memory foam mattresses were very comfortable. The king bed in master was a little to stiff for our liking though. The living/dining area was spacious and had plenty of seating. Our favorite part of the stay was sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view! The hot tub area was great as well. The property management offers late check-out for an extra fee, which is so worth it to enjoy your stay longer. Overall, this is a nice place to stay and we will be back for sure!
Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. The views were great and the location was perfect. We loved the convenience of walking to the shops and restaurants. We parked our car in the garage and didn't use it once! We couldn't believe it was only a couple of hundred yards to the gondola and ski school check in. With three kids and all the associated gear, I can tell you the logistics of walking over to ski school and to the slopes cannot be any better. The kids enjoyed the games and DVD library and the pool table in the lobby. The family loved it and we can't wait to come back next year!
We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great, fully stocked including crockpot. The views from every room and the deck was amazing. The best part was the location and being able to walk to the gondola and all of the restaurants. The hot tubs and sauna were nice to relax at the end of the day. The proximity to everything really made this a relaxing vacation. We will definitely book this unit again!!
