With 1 comfortable bedroom and and a premium sleeper sofa, and 1 Bath, this vacation rental will accommodate four guests in a luxurious atmosphere, with a private balcony and views of Puget Sound and all of Downtown Seattle.

Ideally situated for visits to visit landmark attractions in Seattle’s center, your Downtown Seattle vacation condo is but steps away from all of the restaurants and attractions, as well as Seattle’s Space Needle and the nearby Convention Center.

The designer kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for a light lunch or for your own quiet dinner. With 800 thread-count sheets and custom hospitality mattresses, even the most travel-weary guests get a sumptuous night’s rest. Wi-Fi equipped and with 2 flat screen televisions, guests also enjoy the 3,000 square foot roof top terrace, secure parking and a fitness center on the premises.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

The pro is the handy location. The cons are: windows and balcony overlook major bus stop; firehouse very near, thus....VERY noisy and for same reason very hot in the afternoon (west-facing with no water view); one barstool for eating which collapses gradually; uncomfortable couch; terrible strong cleaning solution smell in lobby. The unit is definitely over-priced for what you get.
Owner's Response: We appreciate your honest and constructive feedback. The faulty barstool has been replaced. The condo IS in a vibrant and busy neighborhood, with lots of features that attractive many people. The downside of this excellent location is that there is often pedestrian traffic, and its accompanying noise, until later in the evening. The condo is one of the newest in the area, and windows are both energy and noise efficient. The condo is beautifully decorated, and the location is within walking distance of all the best that Seattle has to offer.
