Hi guys, here's our review :
Location : Very well situated in Kailua Kona. Near downtown : you can easily get there by walk so you don't have to find a parking place. Very nice little city.
Comfort : The apartment is charming. There is everything you need there. Complete kitchen, comfortable bed. TV. Really nice patio with a couch and a little table. Internet is reliable (WI-FI). It is also very clean.
We recommand this place. The price is really good for the location.
However, we had a little problem with cockroaches. Where we come from, it's not a good thing to see these insects in your house. Because of the temperature in Kailua Kona (very hot and dry), you have a good chance to see some outside and maybe inside the building. That's what happended in our case. If you don't mind about that, you really should make a reservation here. I think they are doing there best to keep them outside, but there is a good possibility that you'll find some inside. So if you really can't live with that, we suggest you find another place.
That being said, Janet has been really understanding and we thank her for that.
