Cool Modern Cabin

We loved the cabin! Very cool and modern, looks just like the pictures. And it's super close to the beach, hiking, shops and restaurants. We spent a week in Lake Tahoe and really enjoyed it!
There was confusion about our arrival date between the rental company and the owner so when we arrived, the cabin was not cleaned from the previous guests. What could have been a bad experience was handled very quickly by the owner and we just went to a beach while the house was cleaned. The house caretaker even brought us a bottle of wine a couple of days later for the inconvenience!
Cons: A little warm during Summer (our fault for not paying attention to the no a/c info) but we're from the South, so nothing we couldn't handle. No vents in the kitchen or bathroom. The cabin is definitely the nicest property in the neighborhood - some of the properties were a little sketchy, but we never felt unsafe.
Pros: Close to everything in South Lake Tahoe, especially to Heidi's for breakfast (thanks for the tip!). Great cabin, lots of stuff to do inside (games, books, netflix, hot tub). Comfy bed, lovely interior!
