A one-bedroom, one-bath condominium in the heart of Downtown Seattle, this vacation rental condo offers panormaic views of the city from the Juliet balcony and all the comforts of a truly luxurious home. A custom installed designer kitchen is ready for a quiet evening after a day in the city, and it complements the comfortable surroundings.

With accommodations for up to four guests, the bedroom includes a queen sized bed and the ample living room is equipped with a full sized fold out sofa. 2 Flat Panel LCD HDTVs and WiFi throughout makes it a very convenient business trip or corporate condominium, and a secure Parking Garage is included in the rental. A fitness center on the premises is enough to keep anyone busy.

Just a few blocks from Puget Sound and the water front shops, this vacation condo is convenient to everything in Downtown Seattle. Some of the finest restaurants are very close, and the convention center, sports arenas and Space Needle are all within range of a short taxi ride or the downtown free bus service. A two year old building, perfectly situated to enjoy views of the mountains, the sound, and the city. Seattle Oasis Vacations offers any guest the full comfort of a hotel, with the exclusivity of a private condominium.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Cozy and perfect!

My husband and I spent 4 nights in this cozy little dorm-like apartment that had absolutely everything we could have asked for - great building with workout facility and pool table! The linens and bed were very comfortable, the bathroom with bath had plenty of room for both of us! The location couldn't be better - within walking distance to everything important! We would love to return in the near future! It is a little difficult to understand that it could comfortably accomodate more than 2 people - perhaps one other small person?

Location is Awesome!

My husband and I spent 6 nights here and it was fantastic. The apt is clean and well stocked. The washer and dryer made the stay even better. I know that's a silly thing to comment on, but it's not something we usually find in a rental unit. We walked almost everywhere, but having a major bus stop right outside the building was nice to know in case we decided not to walk back from our sightseeing. We enjoyed the views and made small talk with locals on the roof and they introduced us to a little bar/restaurant behind the building that was a great find.

I had originally inquired about another property, but that had already been booked so the owners suggested this unit. I'm so glad they did! I would recommend this rental to anyone staying in the Seattle area and wanting to be in the heart of the action.

Great Spot in Seattle!

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights and it was the perfect location for touring Seattle. Great dining was within a couple of blocks and the Pike Place Market was nearby, too. The roof top deck was a wonderful place to relax after a long day of sighseeing. The apartment is very well organized and has everything you'd need. As owners of rental properties ourselves, we appreciate their keen attention to details. We took a cruise to Alaska after leaving Seattle and were able to roll our suitcases right down Bell Street to the cruise dock! Thanks for sharing your wonderful & conveniently located apartment with us!

Great place to call home base while visiting the city

I have now stayed at two Urban Oasis properties in Seattle, using the units as my home base while I hunt for a job. Both units were great---they had everything I needed to be comfortable, and more--but I found the layout in this one to be great for me, when I was visiting on my own. It is a great and affordable alternatives to staying in a hotel. Also, Darik was very accommodating when I asked for a later check out, and he definitely made an effort to make sure I had everything I would need. I would highly recommend staying here if you are one or two people exploring Seattle looking for a place in the downtown area!
