If you looked up The Landings in the dictionary, you would find: a tranquil, gated community located just north of the world famous Boca Grande! This professionally decorated unit is nestled on the back side of this quiet get away, with wonderful preserve views on one side, and the pool and water view on the other! Plenty of space to spread out, and plenty of little screened porches and balconies to take in the sounds or read a good book. The Landings boasts a beautiful pool and clubhouse, and all the other amenities you need to stay in shape - all within distance of the local restaurants, shops and beaches!
